At A.Kjærbede, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new sunglasses. If they aren't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log in to our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Sunglasses

  Place the sunglasses in their original protective case and packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt until your refund has been processed.
